摘要 现行的烹饪专业语文教材已经不能适应烹饪专业发展的需求,与时俱进编写烹饪专业语文校本教材已刻不容缓。编写烹饪专业语文校本教材是个系统工程,必须有计划、按步骤进行,采用先试点,后总结、再推广的方法。 The present Chinese textbooks for cuisine speciality cannot suit the need of the development of cuisine speciality. It has been of great urgency to compile Chinese proof textbooks for cuisine speciality with the time passing. The compilation of Chinese proof textbooks is a systematic engineering and must be done step by step in a planned way. That is, we should make experiments first, then sum up experience and finally spread what is proved to be successful.
