摘要
目前,我国酒店业正普遍遭遇着严重的“人才荒”,探索并解决这一问题是酒店管理者的责任。应当在酒店择人标准、用工体制、服务效率、用人理念等方面进行改革和思考,以解决酒店人才短缺之问题。
Nowadays the hotel industry in China is universally meeting the problem of serious "talent shortage". How to discuss and solve the problem has become a duty-bound responsibility for hotel managing staff. They should have a deep thinking and conduct reforms in terms of talent enrollment standards, employment system, service efficiency, employment concept and etc. Only in this way can the problem be ,solved.
