摘要
本文从食物不耐受的发病机制、与疾病的关系以及诊断技术的评价和治疗现状四方面进行详细论述。如果不能及时改变饮食结构,不耐受的食物会继续形成复合物加重原有的症状。食物特异性IgG抗体是未被证实的实验。可以判断是否因食物不耐受而产生了疾病,从而为传统疾病的诊断提供一种新的方法。
This article reviews food intolerance from four aspects including its pathogenesy, the relationship with diseases, the evaluation of diagnostic technique and therapeutic status. If one can not change his food stucture, the intolerant food will aggravate his primary sympton by forming a kind of compounds. Although food specific lgG is still unproven, we can diagnose the disease whether resulting from food intolerance or not accordingly to provide a new method for the diagnosis of this traditional disease.
