血红素加氧酶/一氧化碳系统与糖尿病血管并发症

摘要 内源性一氧化碳是一种气体信使分子,是血红素的降解产物。血红素加氧酶是血红素降解过程的限速酶。由于血红素加氧酶/一氧化碳系统具有多种生理学作用,而备受关注。糖尿病长期高血糖使该系统的正常生理作用减弱可能是糖尿病血管并发症的一个重要原因。本文就血红素加氧酶/一氧化碳系统在糖尿病血管并发症中的作用进行综述。 Endogenous carbon monoxide is a gaseous messenger, which is the degration product of heme. Heme oxygenases are the rate-limiting enzymes in the degration of heme. The system has attracted a great attention because of its multiple physiological functions. Long-term hyperglycosemia can attenuate the normal physiological functions of this system, which may be a very important reason for the vascular complication in diabetes mellitus. This review emphasized the effect of Heme Oxygenase/Carbon Monoxide System in the vascular complication of diabetes mellitus.
