康艾注射液治疗急性病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of kang'ai injection for acute viral myocarditis

目的观察康艾注射液治疗急性心肌炎的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法将72例急性病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为康艾治疗组与常规治疗对照组,比较2组的疗效。结果康艾治疗组患者各项检测指标优于对照组,未出现明显的不良反应。结论康艾注射液是1种安全有效的治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的药物。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Kang＇ai injection for acute viral myocarditis（AVM） ,and to investigate its mechanism. Methods Seventy-two cases with AVM were randomly divided into control group and Kang＇ai treatment group. The curative effects were observed in both two group. Results After trearment,the parameters in kangai treatement group were superior to those in control group,and no obvious side - effects were observed. Conclusions Kang＇ai injection are safe and effective to treat AVM.
