摘要
抗干涉齿轮集(CMG:counter-meshinggears)是一种可用于微型或微小型机械组合锁的密码鉴别机构,其复合齿轮的齿牙编码是CMG机构设计的核心问题.本文结合实例,报道了一种CMG机构快速编码方法的原理与使用步骤.该方法具有简单易用、编码快捷的优点;缺点是密码齿轮的利用效率低,复合齿轮层数较优化编码方法的结果大大增加,且与“解锁符号序列”字长同步增减.快速编码方法是CMG机构研究工作的一部分,在映射CMG机构密码鉴别原理的电子组合锁中有实用价值.
Counter-meshing gears (CMG) mechanism is a discrimination mechanism which can be used in micro/meso combination locks. Teeth-coding for CMG composite gears is its most crucial design issue. Principle and approach of a fast CMG coding method are presented by instances. The method is simple, easy, and quick for use. But by its result, the coding wheels are inefficiently utilized, which lead to more gear levels than those by the optimized CMG coding method. And gear levels will adhere to string length of the unlocking sequence. The fast coding method is a component of the CMG study. It has practicability in a novel electronic combination lock which mapped the discrimination principle of the CMG mechanism.
