摘要
为分析微齿轮系统中接触齿廓间范德华力,利用泰勒公式建立了微齿轮渐开线简化数学模型,然后根据Hamaker假设和Morse势函数,引入分子动力学中的截断半径,提出了一种计算齿廓刚刚接触时两接触齿廓间范德华力的连续介质方法.同时,采用此方法对实例进行计算并得到计算结果,证明了该方法的可行性.该计算方法的提出不仅有利于微齿轮接触齿廓间粘附分析,而且对微齿轮应力应变分析提供一种新思路.
In order to analyze the van der Waals force between the contacting faces in a microgear train, the simplified mathematic model of microgear involute is established basing on Taylor Expression, Hamaker assumption, Morse potential function and the cut-off radius in the molecular dynamics are used and a continuous computational method of the van der Waals force between the just contacting faces is presented. At one time, an example is computed using the method and the results are gotten, which proves the feasibility of the method. The presentation of the method is not only in favor of the adhesive analysis between the contacting faces also offers a new thought for the stress and strain analysis of microgear train.
