摘要
将概率方法应用于电源规划,结合湖北省“十一五”规划进行发电可靠性评估和分析,对可靠性指标对应的经济性等问题进行综合技术经济比较分析,探讨2010年湖北电力系统发电可靠性指标的合理取值范围。
Appling the probabilistic method to the generation planning,this paper assesses and anatyzes generation reliability combined with 2010 Hubei power plan.Technologic and economic comparision of reliability indices is given considering the practice of Hubei grid and the range of reliability indices of Hubei power system is discussed in this paper.
