摘要 电能质量对于保障电网系统电气设备安全经济运行,提高供电系统的稳定性,达到经济效益与社会效益的全面提高具有重要的意义,因此建立一个全面的电能质量管理网络也就势在必行。结合当今网络和通信的潮流和趋势,尝试研究了Web技术在电能质量管理系统中的应用。所建立的电能质量管理系统较之传统的电能质量监测系统有较大的进步,增强了电能质量管理的互操作性和伸缩性,为大范围的信息共享和综合研究提供了新的应用平台。 Power quality is very important factor for the stabilization and economy of power system,it is necessary to establish a power quality management network under the situation. Due to the popularity of Web skill and the trend of network, communication, the application of Web technology in power quality management is studied in this paper. The power quality management system in this paper makes greater progress compared with the traditional power quality monitoring system,it have strengthened mutually operation and retractility of power quality management and have offered the new application platform for information sharing and studying synthetically of the big range.
