摘要
镉致动物心脏损伤的机制已有多年的研究,损伤过程包括许多病理学的改变,如心脏组织形态破坏、离子内稳态打破、心电图改变、高血压形成、能量代谢紊乱、心肌收缩力降低等等,并且很有可能是心脏的这一系列损伤导致动物在急性镉中毒的情况下死亡。
The mechanism of cardiotoxicity of cadmium has been researched for many years. Many pathologic changeshave been observed, including the destructive change of myocardium histomorphology, the unbalance of ions in heart, the changes of electrocardiograph, hypertention, the turbulence of metabolism and decline of cardiac muscle cell's contraction etc. Thus, these changes result in the animals' death under the acute cadmium exposure.
