实验性大鼠脑震荡后c-myc癌基因的表达

摘要 目的探讨癌基因c-myc的表达与脑震荡性损伤的关系。方法60只实验大鼠随机分为脑震荡组和对照组。用免疫组织化学SABC法观察大鼠脑震荡后不同时间段脑内c-myc蛋白表达的规律。结果对照组大鼠未见c-myc蛋白的表达;脑震荡组损伤后20min可在神经细胞内观察到c-myc蛋白的表达,随着损伤后经过时间的延长,c-myc蛋白阳性细胞数及阳性表达范围逐渐扩大,损伤后8h表达达高峰,随后阳性细胞数和表达范围逐渐缩小。结论c-myc原癌基因的检测可能成为诊断脑震荡的一个敏感指标。 Objective To study the changes of expression of c-myc protein on rats' brains after brain concussion. Methods sixty rats were randomly divided into brain concussion groups and control group. The expression of c-myc protein was microscopically observed by immunohistochemical method. Results No expression of c-myc protein in control group were observed. However, positive expression of c-myc protein in some neurons was seen at 20rain after brain concussion, and reach to the peak at 8h after brain concussion and then decreased gradually. Conclusion These findings suggest that the detection of c-myc protein could be an index of diagnosis of brain concussion.
