对不同神经症患者MMPI测试结果的元分析

A meta-analysis of patients with different neurosis on MMPI factors.

目的本文对11年来神经症患者的MMPI测验结果进行元分析。方法查阅中国期刊数据网,对选取的62篇文章中33项数据的效应值进行方差分析与聚类分析。结果六种神经症的平均效应量都处于中高水平;聚类分析的结果显示,13个因子可以明显地聚为四类;不同神经症在聚类后的MMPI四类因子上差异显著。结论不同神经症在人格上存在差异。

Objective A meta-analysis of accumulation of 11 years results of patients with neurosis on MMPI factors.Methods The China Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were reviewed,ANOVA and cluster analysis were conducted with effect-sizes of 33 items data selected.Result The effect-sizes of different neurosis on MMPI factors were on a higher level;13 factors of MMPI can assort for 4 groups by cluster analysis;The different diseases were significantly different according to the cluster of MMPI factors.Conclusion There were different on MMPI factors of different neurosis.
