非亲缘异基因造血干细胞移植后的血管升压素分泌失调综合征

摘要
低钠血症发生于约15％的住院患者，根据细胞外容量可分为低血容量、正常血容量和高血容量性低钠血症三类。正常血容量性低钠血症约占慢性低钠血症的60％，其中血管升压素分泌失调综合征（SIADH）是最常见病因。然而造血干细胞移植（HSCT）相关SIADH鲜有报道，国内也仅近期个案报告。我们报道1例并复习文献就其病因及治疗进行探讨。
