系统性红斑狼疮患者转化生长因子β1及其Ⅱ型受体的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种累及全身的自身免疫性疾病(AID),以B淋巴细胞功能亢进,产生大量自身抗体为特征,目前SLE的启动及疾病维持机制尚不十分清楚。转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)是人体多种组织细胞的生长调控因子,对细胞外间质基因表达、基质降解、细胞增殖分化和细胞凋亡功能等具有明确作用。转化生长因子BU型受体(TβRⅡ)基因的缺失及变异可使TGF-β1的信号转导通路受阻,使细胞增殖失去控制,导致细胞异常增殖或免疫失调。本研究测定TGF—β1与TpRⅡ在SLE不同疾病组中的变化,以评价其与SLE活动性之间的关系以及在SLE发病中作用,并为SLE诊断提供有价值的指标。
