荧光偏振技术同步检测肺炎支原体肺炎衣原体方法的研究 被引量：3

摘要 肺炎支原体（Mycoplasma pneumoniae，MP）、肺炎衣原体（Chlamydophila pneumoniae，CP）是呼吸道感染的常见病因，及早准确地检测，对预防控制相关疾病非常重要。本研究采用荧光偏振检测与模板指导的末端延伸反应检测技术相结合（TDI-FP）的方法，建立了在同一反应体系中同步检测肺炎支原体、肺炎衣原体感染的方法。
