摘要患者女，56岁，右上腹痛伴食欲下降5个月．双下肢水肿半个月。既往无乙型肝炎病史。体检：腹膨隆，右上腹轻度压痛．实验室检查：血清总胆红素50μmol／L、直接胆红素375μmol／L、间接胆红素125μmoL／L，乙肝五项阴性：
