罕见部位副神经节瘤二例 被引量：5

摘要 例1 女，49岁。腰部活动受限、疼痛1年，伴午后低热．加重3个月。体检：13—4椎体部位叩痛．双下肢直腿抬高试验阳性，“4”字试验阴性．Babirmki征阳性，跟膝腱反射减弱。影像学表现：腰椎正侧位X线片示L3椎体楔状变形，左侧压缩明显，椎体密度轻度增高且密度不均匀，左侧椎弓根显示不清．椎间隙基本正常，左侧腰大肌肿大密度增高（图1）。CT扫描显示L3椎体及榷弓根有不规则骨质破坏、硬化．椎前和椎体左侧可见软组织肿块．边缘呈分叶状，
