完全性肺静脉异位引流的外科治疗 被引量：2

摘要 完全性肺静脉异位引流（total anomonous puhnonary venous drainage，TAPVD）是一类低发病率的复杂心脏畸形，患者肺静脉血流人右心房，右心系统负荷增加，肺静脉回流受阻，造成淤血性肺静脉高压，最终导致肺动脉高压和右心功能衰竭而威胁患者的生命。同时也由于肺静脉血未回流左心房，使左心系统发育延缓，甚至发生退行性变，自然病程预后极差，其中50％于生后3个月内死亡，80％于1岁以内死亡，所以一旦明确诊断，应尽早手术治疗。现将我院1991年3月至2005年12月收治的49例TAPVD患者手术治疗情况报道如下：
