AHL 感应菌株生物检测铜绿假单胞菌变异株

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomona aeruginosa)是一种以N-酰基高丝氨酸内酯(N-acyl-homoserine lactone,AHL)为信号分子调控自身群体感应行为的人体机会致病菌。近些年,在临床分离的非发酵病原菌中,铜绿假单胞菌检出率最高。铜绿假单胞菌的诊断及合理用药有赖于病原菌的确认,目前国内较常用的检验方法仍是生化鉴定。但临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌常在生化反应方面发生较大变异,对于经验不足者,往往容易造成误诊。
