宁夏地区农村环境现状及保护对策

The Current status of Eco-environmental in Rural Areas of Ningxia Province and the Corresponding Conservation strategies

宁夏地区农村环境极易受到破环,而且多数地区一旦遭受污染、破坏,很难治理,恢复起来相当困难。因此,对宁夏地区农村环境现状进行了调查研究。研究发现宁夏地区农村环境存在着污灌导致土壤污染、乡镇企业污染严重、化肥、农药及农膜使用造成污染、秸秆及利用率低以及生活垃圾处理率低等问题,针对这些问题相应地提出诸如加强对农用水源和污水灌区的管理及农用化肥,农药生产、运输、销售和使用全过程的管理;继续开展多途径的秸秆综合利用,提高秸秆综合利用率;发展适合自身条件的农业模式;多方筹集资金,加快农村环保产业及基础设施建设等对策,以促进宁夏农村地区经济、社会、环境的和谐发展。

The eco-environment in Rural Areas of Ningxia Province is relatively easy to be destroyed. Moreover, for major parts of the area contaminated it is rather difficult to recover. Therefore, the paper investigated the current environmental status of the area. Results show that the main causes of environmental destruction are soil contamination caused by irrigating using sewage water, serious contamination caused to local enterprises, the contamination caused by the use of chemical fertilizer, pesticide and polyester film, low usage rate of straw stalk and low disposal rate of domestic waste, etc. According, counter-measures are put forwarded, such as reinforcing the management of irrigation systems for agriculture and the regions irrigating using sewage water, improved management for the whole process of the production, transportation and selling of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, as well as conducting various ways of utilizing straw stalks in a comprehensive manner so as to improve the use rate of straw stalks, developing suitable strategies to enhance agriculture production according to the local environment and raising funds from various sources to boost the construction of agriculture infrastructure, etc, therefore improving the harmonious development of economy, social and environment in the area. through these measures
