Human Resources Development in the West Countryside from the viepoint of Vocational-Technical Education

当前西部农村反贫困、剩余劳动力转移和农业结构调整等对当地农村人力资源开发提出了更高的要求。由于农村基础教育的缺陷和大学生回流西部农村的困难,现阶段职业技术教育应成为西部农村人力资源开发的主要途径。

The current anti-poverty, surplus labor transfer and agricultural structure adjustment set a higher request for the development of human resource in the west countryside. Because of the defect of basic education and the difficulty in university graduates＇ returning to the west countryside, vocational- technical education becomes the main solution to develop human resources.
