摘要
探索了在不同浓度的Al(NO3)3溶液中加入Cu粉,搅拌至糊状,在80℃干燥后,在H2保护气氛下加热至500℃使得Al(NO3)3分解成Al2O3,所得粉末在真空烧结机中加热到800℃,制备出Al2O3弥散强化铜基复合材料。研究了Al2O3含量对该复合材料各种性能的影响规律,结果表明:随着Al2O3含量的增加,材料的电导率下降;当Al2O3含量达1.0%时,材料的硬度达到最大值,而密度随Al2O3含量的增加而下降。
A new preparation method was developed to prepare Al_2O_3 particle reinforced Cu matrix composites,where Cu powder is added into Al(NO_3)_3 solution with dfferent Al(NO_3)_3 concentration and stirred to be paste to be dried at 80 ℃,and then the Al(NO_3)_3 is decomposed into Al_2O_3 particle at 500 ℃ in hydrogen atmosphere,then the powder is heated up to composites.The effects of Al_2O_3 content on the properties of the composites have been examined.The results show that with increasing in Al_2O_3 content,the decreased.Meanwhile,the maximum value of the hardness of composites can be obtained with 1% Al_2O_3 content.
