在不断总结实践经验的基础上,研制出降温可靠、微尘清除彻底、出砂量大、能耗低、结构简单、适合中小企业使用的消失模铸造砂处理及回用设备。在封闭状态下,干砂冷却和微尘去除得以完全控制。

A set of sand treatment and reclamation set-up for lost foam casting suitable for small-middle enterprises was developed based on referring previous practical experience,which is characterized by reliable temperature-reduction,completely micro-powder-removal,high sand-production rate and low energy-consumption as well as simple structure.Dry-sand cooling and micro-powder removal can be fully controlled under closed state condition.
