摘要
通过向含Ti的Al-Si合金熔体中通入CO2气体制备Al2O3-TiC/Al复合材料的方法,研究了Al2O3-TiC/Al复合材料特性。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对复合材料的组织进行了研究。研究表明,CO2与合金熔体中的Al、Ti原位反应生成Al2O3和TiC颗粒,Al2O3和TiC颗粒尺寸在0.2~1.0μm之间,均匀分布在基体中,反应生成的Al2O3和TiC颗粒数量与CO2的通入时间有关。
Al_2O_3-TiC/Al composites were prepared by adding CO_2 into Al-Si alloy melt containing Ti.Microstructure of the composites has been observed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electric microscope(TEM).It is found that Al_2O_3 and TiC particle with grain size of 0.2~1.0 μm formed from in-situ reaction of CO_2 with Al and Ti can be uniformly distributed into the matrix.In addition,formed Al_2O_3 and TiC numbers are obviously dependent on the injection time of CO_2.
