摘要
目的:探讨胰淀素对糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症(G IO)大鼠骨生物力学性能的影响。方法:采用3月龄W istar大鼠地塞米松肌注法建立G IO动物模型,随机分为四组:正常对照组、模型组、胰淀素治疗组、维生素D组。12周后行骨生物力学检查。结果:胰淀素治疗后,大鼠股骨几何参数(直径)、结构力学性能(最大桡度、最大负荷)明显提高(P<0.05),材料力学性能(最大应力、最大应变)无显著差异。结论:胰淀素可以有效地改善G IO大鼠的骨生物力学性能,增强抗骨折能力。
Objective:To investigate the effect of amylin on biomechanical property of the femur in glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis rats. Methods:Four groups of female Wistar rats (3 months old) were treated for 12 weeks as follows: Ⅰ Normal Control; ⅡDXM;Ⅲ DXM + AMY; 1V DXM + Vitamin 1)3. By intramuscular injection of dexamethasone (DXM) 1 mg/kg twice a week during the first 8 weeks, the animal model of Glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis was established. After 12 weeks, biomechanical properties of the femur were measured. Results : After the treatment with AMY , Bone structural mechanical (diameter) and geometrical parameters (displacement, peak load) of the femur were significantly increased (vs. DXM group,P 〈0.05) . There were no difference in the material mechanical parameters(max-strain,max-stress) between DXM and DXM + AMY groups. The same changes were also observed in DXM + VitD group. Conclusion : AMY can effectively improve the biomechanical property of GIO rats and significantly increase the capability of resisting fracture.
