摘要
目的:考察反胶束体系组成对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)抗氧化活性的影响。方法:以大豆磷脂氧化产生的氧自由基量为检测指标,考察温度、有机试剂以及表面活性剂浓度对反胶束体系中超氧化物歧化酶抗氧化活性的影响。结果:60℃时,反胶束中超氧化物歧化酶的抑制率由在水溶液中的52.48%升到75.38%,即SOD包封于反胶束中后热稳定性明显提高。表面活性剂可有效阻止有机溶剂对SOD的变性作用,SOD是不具界面活性的酶。结论:超氧化物歧化酶在反胶束体系中稳定性及抗氧化活性增强。
Objective: To investigate the effects of composition of reverse micelle systems on antioxidation activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD). Methods: Using the oxidation degree of SBPC as the index, the activity of SOD was investigated in reverse micelle system as function of temperarare, organic solvent and surfactant. Results: The inhibition ratio of SOD was 52.48% in solution while it increased to 75.83% in reverse micelle at 60℃. When SOD was enveloped in reverse micelles, its stability increased significantly. The surfactants can protect SOD from denaturation by organic solvent. SOD was not an interracial enzyme. Conclusion: SOD exhibits enhanced stability and activity in reverse micelle systems.
