近年来植物基因组学的研究发展迅速,特别是随着生物科学的发展进入后基因组时代,其研究方法和技术不断得到完善。该文综述了植物基因组学的研究方法和技术及其在植物离子诱变育种方面的应用,并对植物基因组学在离子诱变育种中的应用进行了展望。

Great progress has been made in plant genomics in recent years,especially after postgenomics is coming,its methods and technology become more and more perfectful.In this review,the main methods and technology in plant genomics are summaried and applied in muation breeding in plant.At the same time,there is some prospects on the application of plant genomics in mutation breeding by ion.
