膀胱癌肿瘤血管生成与GST-π、nm23表达的关系及其意义 被引量:1

Research on relationship of tumor angiogenesis with glutathione S-transferase-π and nm23 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and its significance

摘要 目的探讨膀胱癌组织中肿瘤血管生成和G ST-π、nm 23基因蛋白表达与临床意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法对103例膀胱癌和10例正常膀胱组织进行血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转移抑制基因H1(nm 23H1)、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶-π(G ST-π)检测和FⅧ-R ag作微血管密度(M VD)计数。结果膀胱癌组织中VEGF、nm 23H 1、G ST-π阳性表达率分别为53.4%(55/103)、71.8%(74/103)、67.0%(69/103)。VEGF、G ST-π表达与M VD值和膀胱癌的临床分期、浸润深度、肿瘤大小、肿瘤数目、生长方式、脉管浸润、淋巴结转移及肿瘤复发呈正相关(P值<0.01或<0.05);G ST-π表达与VEGF表达、M VD值呈正相关;M VD值与膀胱癌术后5年生存率显著相关(P<0.01);nm 23H 1表达与膀胱癌的肿瘤大小、临床分期、病理分级、脉管侵犯、有无复发呈负相关(P值<0.01或<0.05),与生长方式、淋巴结转移差异无显著性(P>0.05);nm 23H 1表达与VEGF表达及M VD值呈负相关。结论VEGF和M VD与G ST-π在诱导膀胱癌耐药方面可能存在着协同机制;M VD值可作为预测膀胱癌预后的一项独立指标;VEGF、M VD与nm 23H 1、G ST-π在膀胱癌中的联合检测对判断肿瘤的生物学行为和预后及化疗药物的敏感性预测有重要价值。
