11q22-q25区候选抑癌基因OPCML、POU2F3、CUL-5启动子CpG岛甲基化与子宫颈癌的发生 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究11q22-q25区候选抑癌基因OPCM L、POU 2F 3、CUL-5启动子CpG岛甲基化和子宫颈癌的发生。方法以甲基化特异性PCR(M SP)检测子宫颈正常组织和癌组织中OPCM L、POU 2F 3、CUL-5启动子CpG岛甲基化。结果16例子宫颈正常组织中均未检测到OPCM L、POU 2F 3、CUL-5启动子CpG岛甲基化;63.9%(23/36)子宫颈癌组织中存在OPCM L甲基化,但未检测到POU 2F 3、CUL-5甲基化。结论OPCM L在子宫颈癌中存在高度的启动子CpG岛甲基化,其可能为子宫颈癌相关候选抑癌基因。
