针灸对促进Dixon手术后肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of Acupuncture in Postoperative Recovery of Intestinal Function in Post-Dixon Operation Patients

目的:观察脉冲信号刺激穴位对促进Dixon手术后肠功能恢复的作用机理。方法:随机选取60例病人,术后除常规治疗外,30例早期应用脉冲信号刺激穴位足三里、上巨虚、阳陵泉等(治疗组)。30例不用脉冲信号刺激穴位(对照组)。结果:治疗组肠鸣音恢复、排气、排便时间明显早于对照组,治疗组术后血清MOT值较对照组上升明显(P<0.05)。结论:脉冲信号刺激穴位对术后胃肠功能恢复具有一定的促进作用,其机理可能和穴位经刺激后促使机体释放MOT量增加有关。

Objective To detect the mechanism of the recover- of intestinal function in patients with post-Dixon operation by acupuncture using pulse message Methods In a prospective control clinical trial from 2000 to 2005, 60 patients with post-dixon operation were divided into the treatment group（ n = 30） and the control group（ n = 30）. Acupuncture of pulse message group was given to the treatment group. The control group received the conventional therapies. The time of recovery of bowel sounds and the time of passing flatus and bowel movements were observed, the blood sample were collected on the preoperational and the 1^st and 3^rd days after operation to determine biochemical indices, including motilin（MOT） and cholecystokinin（CCK）. Results The time of recovery of bowel sounds and passing flatus and bowel movements in the treatment group was markedly earlier postoperatively than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05） and the MOT and CCK levels of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The recovery of intestinal function of the post-Dixon operation patients would be promoted the pulse message acupuncture, the mechanism may be more MOT and CCK be released after pulsemessage acupuncture.
