Treatment of 51 Cases of Severe Liver Trauma

目的:探讨严重肝损伤院内救治的最佳措施。方法:对51例因外伤所致的严重肝损伤患者的致伤原因、损伤程度、合并伤、手术方式、术后并发症及死亡率进行统计分析。结果:治愈39例,死亡12例,生存率76.5%。主要死因为大失血和复合伤。结论:快速有效复苏,缩短术前时间,正确选择手术方式,积极处理合并伤,可提高救治成功率。

Objective To investigate the best therapy for severe liver trauma Methods Statistical analysis was made on clinical data of 51 patients with severe liver trauma. The data included the cause and severity of injury, associated injuries, operative procedures, postoperative complications and mortality. Results Of the series, 39 patients were cured, 12 died. The success rate was 76.5%. The leading cause of death were significant blood loss and associated injury. Conclusion Rapid and effective resuscitation, shortened preoperative time, appropriate operative procedures and prompt management of associated injury will earn a higher success rate.
