腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期中药的应用

Perioperative Application of Chinese Herbs in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)围手术期应用中药的疗效。方法:对400例胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎行LC的病人,抽签法分为治疗组和对照组各200例。对照组应用西医治疗加安慰剂,治疗组应用西医治疗加术前口服石通合剂Ι号、术后口服加味六君子汤3d。记录手术时间、术后体温、白细胞计数、肛门排气时间、恢复进食的时间、术后第1～3d舌苔变化。结果:组间手术时间无明显差别(P>0.05);治疗组术后体温、肛门排气时间、恢复正常进食的时间及舌苔变化均明显优于对照组(P<0.05、0.01)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期应用中药对病人的早期恢复起到了积极的作用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbs used during the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） Methods Four hundred cases of chronic cholecysfitis with gallstones were divided randomly into two groups, 200 cases each. The control group was treated with Western medicine and placebo. The observation group was given Western medicine and NO 1 Shitong mixture before LC, liujunzi docoction added after LC for three days. The operation time, body temperature were also recorded in the first to third days after operation. T test was used for the comparison of the measurement data, x2 teat for the enumeration data. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in operation time（ P 〈 0.05）. The observation group was much more effective than the control group in temperature after operation, venting time and recovery time of diet（p 〈 0.05, 0.01 respectively）. Conclusion Application of Chinese herbs during the perioperative period of LC is of benefit to the early recovery of patients.
