活血承气汤对小肠缺血再灌注家兔小肠及肺组织NF-κB活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察和探讨应用活血承气汤(HXCQ)对小肠缺血再灌注家兔小肠及肺组织NF-κB活性的影响。方法:建立小肠缺血再灌注家兔模型,采用电泳迁移率改变分析方法(electrophoretic mobility shiftassay,EMSA),分析活血承气汤灌胃后不同时段小肠缺血再灌注家兔小肠以及肺组织NF-κB活性的变化。结果:应用活血承气汤后小肠缺血再灌注家兔小肠和肺组织NF-κB活性显著降低。结论:应用活血承气中药可显著减轻小肠缺血再灌注引起的小肠及肺组织损伤。 Objective To observe the activation of NF-κB in rabbit intestinal and lung tissue during intestinal ischemia-reperfusion and effects when Huoxue Chengqi(活血承气) Herbs(Hxcq) being used Methods The activation of NF-κB in intestinal and lung tissue of rabbit intestinal I/R models was detected by electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA). Results The level of NF - κB in intestine and lung tissue apparently decreased by using Huoxue Chengqi herbs. Conclusion The level of NF-κB in intestine and lung tissue can be reduced by Huoxue Chengqi in the process of intestinal ischemia-reperfusion. So Huoxue Chengqi can be used to reduce the degree of inflammation when ischemiareperfusion occur and reduce the lung injury at the same time.
