摘要
目的:制备大鼠小肠缺血再灌注所致MODS模型。方法:将大鼠分为4组,模型组分别夹闭肠系膜上动脉30min、45min、60min,对模型进行血清内毒素和ALT,LOH,G检测,对重要脏器进行病理形态学观察,并筛选理想的夹闭时间。结果:模型动物有关生化指标明显升高,内毒素水平明显升高,重要脏器出现明显病理损害,符合MODS模型标准。夹闭45min效果最为理想。结论:此方法能够成功地建立MODS动物模型。
Objective To prepare the rat model of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome by intestinal ischemia-reperfusion Methods Forty rats were divided into 4 groups. The superior mesenteric arteries in the three model groups other than control were occluded for 30minutes,45minutes and 60 minutes respectively. Serum endotoxin and ALT, LDH, and creatinine were detected, the morphology of some internal organs was observed by microscopy and the occluded time decided. Results The levels of serum endotoxin and biochemical indicators in the model groups were increased markedly, and many important internal organs showed obvious pathological lesions, close to the criteria of MODS. The result was most evident when the superior mesentery artery was occluded for 45 minutes. Conclusion The animal model of MODS was established successfully by intestinal ischemia-reperfusion.
