摘要
利用光学显微镜与扫描电镜对汽车发动机中断裂的B48型盘簧微观组织与断口进行分析。结果表明,盘簧断裂属于疲劳断裂。造成疲劳断裂的原因是由于盘簧在工作状态下发生了剧烈的摩擦,盘簧表面发生相变,形成疲劳裂纹。
The microstructure and fracture appearance of B48 coil spring in automobile engine were analyzed by OM and SEM. The results show that the fracture of B48 coil spring belongs to fatigue fracture. The reason of fatigue fracture is that exquisite friction took place during the coil spring working, causing phase transformation and forming crack in the surface of coil spring.
