摘要
目的:探讨饮酒与糖尿病的关系。方法:对某大型化工企业集团6387名职工糖尿病流行病调查数据进行分析,计算饮酒量,比较不同饮酒状况及饮酒量人群的年龄、体重、体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖以及餐后血糖,以不同饮酒量情况下糖尿病患病率和相对危险度(RR)。结果:饮酒组和戒酒组的体重、体重指数、腰/臀比、空腹血糖、餐后血糖都高于不饮酒组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),体重、体重指数、腰/臀比、空腹血糖、餐后血糖和糖尿病患病率都随饮酒量的增加而增加。BMI为18.5~25时少量饮酒有一定的保护作用。结论:根据本研究的结果显示,在对年龄进行标准化后,还不能认为饮酒导致糖尿病患病率的增加,关于饮酒与糖尿病的关系还需要做进一步的研究,但正常人少量饮酒有一定的保护作用。
Objective:To study the relation between drinking and diabetes mellitus. Methods:The epidemiologic data of workrs and staff members in a chemical industry were analyzed by comparing the distribution of age,weight,BMI, FPG and postprandial glucose (2hPG)among nondrinker, drinker and these who had alyeady guit drinking.Results:The averages of weight, MBI,WHR, FPG, and 2-hour postprandial glucose in drinker and in these who had guit were significant higher than nondrinker (P〈0.05),and were increased with drinking dosage;the odds ratio was not significandy high when the age was adjusted.Conclusion:It dose not show high risk of diabetes in drinking.More data should be got and studied about relationship between drinking and diabetes.
