摘要
目的:探讨B超引导宫内胎盘残留清宫术的临床应用价值。方法:产后宫内胎盘残留70例随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=30)。观察组在B超引导下行清宫术,对照组直接手术。比较两组部分指标。结果:观察组手术时间(8.89±0.41分)比对照组短(P<0.01)、术中出血量(48.93±4.24ml)少于对照组(P<0.01)、一次成功率(100%,40/40)高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组未出现手术并发症。结论:B超引导清宫术直观、准确、安全,可在临床应用。
Objective ：To study the clinical value of curettement for uterus placenta remnants guided by B ultrasound.Methods：Seventy cases of uterus placenta remnants after delivery were chosen and randomly divided into study group （n=40） and contrast group （n=30）. Curettement was done guided by B ultrasound in the study group. Some operating indexes of the two groups were compared.Results：The curettement under B ultrasound had advantages of shorter operating time （8.89±0.41min;P〈0.01）, less blood loss during operation （48.93±4.24ml;P〈 0.01）, higher rate of success （100% 40/40;P〈0.05）and no operative complication.Conclusion：The curettement guided by B ultrasound is accurate and safe,and can be universally used in clinic.
