支原体肺炎快速诊断试纸的研制及初步应用

The development and preliminary use of the test paper(dipstick)for diagnosing Mycoplasma pneumonia

目的研制支原体肺炎免疫胶体金法快速诊断试纸,用于支原体肺炎血清抗体的检测,以诊断肺炎支原体感染。方法采用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备胶体金颗粒,并标记金黄色葡萄球菌蛋白A；用支原体肺炎可溶性蛋白抗原致敏硝酸纤维素膜；组装成免疫色层析法诊断试纸,用于临床血清标本检测。结果用该试纸检测了88份肺炎患者血清标本和80份正常人血清标本,结果与两个国外公司、一个国内公司生产的ELISA血清学实验结果一致。结论该诊断试纸具有较好的特异性和敏感性,简便快速,适合基层单位使用。

Objective To develop immunity colloidal gold quick diagnosis test paper in the detection of patient＇s serum antibody of Mycoplasma pneumoniae thus diagnosing of M.pneumoniae infection.Methods Deoxidize method of the trisodium of citrate was used to prepare colloid golden pellet, and label Staphylococcus aureus protein A;Using the soluble antigen of Myeoplasma pneumoniae to sensitize pyroxylin membrane,then prepare immuno- chromatographic diagnosis test paper used in clinical serum specimen detection.Results Totally,88 serum specimen of patients and 80 of health persons were detected using this test paper;obtained data corresponded with the results of ELISA seriological assay taken by two foreign companies and one domestic Co.Conclusion The test paper has better speeificities and sensitivities, and easy ＆ fast in manipulation,suitable to use in units of basic level.
