摘要 采用EDTA-柠檬酸联合络合法合成了BaZn1.2Co0.8Fe16O27铁氧体,通过XRD和SEM对合成的粉末进行了晶体结构和微观形貌的分析,结果表明在1200℃下保温5h制得的粉体基本为单一相的BaZn1.2Co0.8Fe16O27-W型铁氧体。同时,使用8722ET网络分析仪在2~13GHz的频率范围内对其微波电磁特性进行测试分析,结果显示在8GHz和12GHz附近出现磁损耗峰,tanδm的数值分别达到2.5和1.2,而且在3—8GHz的范围出现很宽的损耗频段,平均值达到1.8,并利用微波电磁理论分析了其损耗形成机理。 BaZn1.2Co0.8Fe16O27 hexaferrite was prepared by EDTA-citrate sol-gel process, and the samples calcined at 1200℃ were characterized by XRD and scanning electron microscopy. The main phase of the calcined powders is W- BaZn2 Fe16 O27 , and the powders have a hexagonal shape. The microwave absorptive performance of the samples has been studied at the frequency range from 2GHz to 13GHz. The permeability loss exhibits two peaks at the frequency of 8GHz and 12GHz, respectively, and there is a wide loss frequency range. The mechanism was discussed by microwave electromagnetism theory at the meantime.
