摘要
本文作者利用卫星云图经多年观察分析,发现地震区卫星云图上的云异常,对异常云现象总结归纳,提出了“震兆云”的概念及其发生规律、形态特征、与预测地震的关系。结合MDCB地震前兆监测仪、地表热红外遥感方法等三种方法联合预测实践,将预测地震的准确率提高到了60%-70%.
The author uses satellite cloud images, through many years of observation, discoversed satellite image anomalies over the earthquake developing areas, and, through summarizing the phenomena, proposed the concept of "Earthquake Precursor Clouds" and its occurring rules, characteristics of its various configurations, and relation with earthquake prediction. Through incorporating three different techniques, including the "earthquake precursor cloud" observation method, the electromagnetic MDCB earthquake precursor monitoring instrument, and the thermal - infrared analysis method of ground surface temperature, the accuracy of earthquake prediction was increased to the level of 60 % - 70 %.
