摘要 采用脉冲相位红外辐射无损检测法对蜂窝复合材料积水进行了检测研究,试验分别采用双面透射法和单面反射法进行,获得了最大温度对比度图像、振幅图及相位图,采用对比度对不同图像缺陷清晰度进行对比。给出了透射、反射测量中温度、相位变化曲线,对两种检测方法最大温度对比度出现时间、对比度进行了比较,揭示了各自特点。 Detection of water in honeycomb structure by pulsed phase thermography is studied. Reflection and Transmission experiment are carried out, and maximum contrast temperature image, amplitude image and phase image are achieved separately. The clearness of different images is compared. The temperature and phase transformation curves from transmission and reflection are given, then the maximum contrast image and existence time are compared, and characteristics of each methods are given.
