摘要
采用半连续种子乳液聚合方法,以三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)、丙烯酸锌盐(ZA)为交联单体,合成了木器用交联型核壳丙烯酸树脂乳液,并借助差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、最低成膜温度(MFT)仪等测试手段考察了3种交联体系对树脂乳液MFT及硬度的影响。
The acrylic resins with core-shell and linking structure were synthesized by semi-continuous technology and seeded emulsion co-polymerization,using tri(hydroxymethyl) propane tri(acrylate)(TMPTA),N-methylolacryl amide(NMA),zinc acrylate(ZA)as cross-linking monomers.The effects of three cross-link system on the MFT and hardness of acrylic resin were investigated by the minimum film temperature apparatus and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
