The Recent Five Years' Reaearch Progress of the Tissue Culture of Hippophae rhamnoides

从沙棘的器官培养、愈伤组织培养、褐化预防、试管苗移栽等方面评述了沙棘近5年的研究进展,并就有关培养中存在的问题及今后的研究前景进行了探讨。

Advances in the research of Hippophae rhamnoides in recent five years were reviewed from the aspects of organs culture ,calluses culture, brown prevention and tube seedlings transplant. Problems and research prospects in tissue culture were also discussed.
