摘要
由于受经济、认识水平等各方面的影响,陕西林业法制建设相对滞后。分析了依法治林的重要性和陕西林业面临的法制问题,提出了相应的完善措施。
The construction of legal institution of Shaanxi＇s forestry has been lagging behind time due to the current economic conditions and lack of thorough understanding of the reality. The significance of legally managing forestry was analyzed. Legal problems in Shaanxi＇s forestry and countermeasures were put forward.
