摘要
作者用免疫组化方法研究了大鼠缰核中14种肽能神经元胞体及纤维终末的分布。内侧缰核中有P物质;胆囊收缩素及促皮质激素释放因子阳性胞体。外侧缰核内侧部有P物质,胆囊收缩素,促皮质激素释放因子。神经降压肽,甘丙肽及血管活性肠肽等阳性胞体。外侧缰核内侧部可见除黄体素释放激素以外的其余13种肽能神经元纤维终末,但外侧缰核外侧部只有生长抑素阳性纤维终末密集分布。缰核中这种肽能神经元分布的特点,可能和缰核不同部位的功能不同部位的功能不同有关。
Using immunohistochemical means ,the distribution of cell bodies and fiber terminals of fourteen peptidergic neurons (SP,CCK, CRF, NT ,GAL,VIP, LHRH, TRH, SOM, L-FNK, M- ENK, β- FND,α-MSH and ACTH1-39 in the habenular nucleus of rats was investigated SRICCK, and CRF positive cell bodies were found in the medial habenular nuclcus, and SP, CCK, CRF, NT ,GAL and VIP positive cell bodies were ob-served in the medial part of lateral habenular nuclcus . Thirteen peptidergic fiber terminals were seen in the medial part of latdhll habenular nuclcus with the exception of LHRH .but only SOM positive fiber terminals could be found in the lateral part of the lateral, habenular nuclcus. The characteristic distribution of peptidergic neurons in habenular nuclcus may be connected with the function of a different part of the habenular nuclcus.
