摘要
数控车床广泛使用试切法进行对刀,本文介绍了使用G50时的两种试切对刀方法:绝对坐标法和相对坐标法,分析了两种对刀方法的原理和对刀时产生的误差。
Cut-and-try procedure of tool setting is widely used in CNC lathe. This paper introduces two kinds of methods of tool setting, which are absolute coordinate and opposite coordinate, and analyzed their principle and errors.
