嵌入式平头锁眼机硬件系统设计

摘要 本文介绍了平头锁眼机控制硬件系统,它采用上位机加运动控制器的设计方式,其上位机采用EP9315芯片做嵌入式设计,实时控制采用高速DSP芯片TMS320LF2407。整个系统包括嵌入式操作盘设计、底层实时运动控制系统、步进驱动。文中以介绍系统整体结构为主线,详细阐述了ARM和DSP硬件开发,及它们在控制系统中的重要作用。 This paper introduces an electrical control system of straight buttonhole machine, which is based on ARM and DSP chips. This system includes two main parts, which are embedded operating panel and real-time motion control system. The embedded operating panel, which is used for manual control, is based on EP9315 chip. The real time control system is based high-speed DSP chip TMS 320 LF2407 which is suit for motor control. This paper focuses on the systematically integrated structure. Meanwhile, the hardware design based on ARM and DSP, as well as their vital function in electrical control system is put forward in detail.
