聚L-谷氨酸/铁氰根修饰玻碳电极的制备及其对镉离子的识别 被引量:1

摘要 制备了聚L-谷氨酸/铁氰根修饰电极,研究了镉离子在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了一种测定痕量镉离子的新方法,该方法简便准确,检测下限可达2.5×10-9mol/L,在4×10-9~3×10-5mol/L的浓度范围内,峰电流与Cd2+的浓度呈良好的线性关系。该电极可用于测定水中镉的含量,结果令人满意。 A new chemically modified GC electrode has been prepared by using polymeric L- glutamic acid/Fe (CN)6^3- as a modifier, the electrochemical behaviors of cadmium ( Ⅱ) ion on the modified electrode have been studied. A new approach is developed for sensitive and accurate determination of cadmium by using the electrode. The peak of cadmium ( Ⅱ ) ion on polymeric L - glutamic acid / Fe (CN)6^3-/GC is proportional to concentration of cadmium ( Ⅱ ) ion between 4.0 ×10^-9 - 3.0 ×10^-5 mol/L. The detection limit is 2. 5×10^-9 mol/L. The modified electrode was used to measure cadmium in water.
