稀土硅铁合金熔炼方法对球化剂球化能力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 用不同熔炼方法熔炼的稀土硅铁合金熔制的球化剂对铸铁中石墨的球化能力的影响是不同的。试验结果表明,用一步法或二步法熔炼的稀土硅铁合金熔制的球化剂都能成功制取球墨铸铁,但在本试验条件下,用一步法熔炼的稀土硅铁合金熔制的球化剂对铸铁的球化能力明显优于用二步法熔炼的稀土硅铁合金熔制的球化剂。 Effect of different spheroidizers with rare earth ferrosilicon alloy melted by different melting method on the spheroidizing ability is different. The results showed it is possible to make successfully nodular iron with spheroidizers containing rare earth silicide mottern by one-step or two-step method, but at this test condition the spheroidizing ability of the spheroidizer with rare earth ferrosilicon alloy melted by one-step method is better than that melted by two-step method obviously.
