摘要 CPU是计算机的核心部件,CPU散热器的散热性能是影响CPU工作性能的重要因素。尤其是CPU芯片功率高速发展的今天,其影响更加明显。所以,如何在设计时采用合理的散热器材料和结构,提高其散热性能成为了殛待解决的问题。本文利用Ansys软件建立了散热器的有限元模型,对其进行了热学性能分析。对散热性能与材料、尺寸和结构的关系进行了研究,并对结果进行了对比分析。得到了散热器的温度分布云图和热梯度分布云图,为散热器的优化设计提供了重要依据。 CPU is the key part of computer. Its heat dissipation condition has significant influences on CPU performance. especially as the power of CPU chips is getting much higher. So there is a need to solve the problem that how to adopt reasonable material and structure during design in order to improve the thermal performance of the radiator. In the paper, the finite element method is used to analyzes the thermal performance of CUP radiator. First. the FE model is set up based on the structure, materials and working condition of radiator. Then. the temperature distribution and heat gradient are calculated. Finally. study on the relationship between the thermal performance and the material, size and structure is conducted, and some conclusions are reached to improve the heat dissipation condition. All the work is done by means of ANSYS.
